Hi

Look's like Vermont is in a deep slumber interms of approvals. Can't find any Vermont filers from Aug 2015 been approved yet.

Any Vermont filers from August 2015 to date, if anyone gets ROC approved, please update here. So that we will know which month, Vermont is working on.

Thank You so much.

Thank you.I'll do that. But most of the users dont fill their timelines so its gonna be difficult to track cases from timelines alone.

Some of the people who add their entries to the monthly threads forget to comeback and update them too. It is partly because VSC is currently crazy slow. People are crazy excited in the beginning, visit the thread frequently, update their NOAs, biometric notices, but after 10-11 months of waiting, they forgot they had an entry here. For instance, in our May 2015 thread there are 37 entries who filed at VSC, 25 are already approved, I know 4 users are still waiting. Remaining 8 people last logged in months ago (some last visited June 2015). I personally quoted their entries and asked for a status update but only one of them responded that she got an RFE and still waiting. God knows what the status is for the rest. Therefore it is better to follow multiple sources for status updates. Monthlies, actual timelines, and outside visajourney, trackitt is another website that people use frequently. Visit these as much as possible rather than expecting people to remember this thread and update once they are approved.

According to the last processing time report, posted on Friday the waiting time for Vermont ROC fillers went from 9 moths and 20 days to 10 months straight. In my opinion we may hear about some August approvals toward the end of this month but Vermont will really start working actively on August in June.

I'm also curious to know other people's update. I filed in the end of September in VSC. I just don't get why they don't transfer some files to CSC, as it is much faster there!

Also, does anyone know when should I consider to schedule an InfoPass appointment? My NOA is from 09/29/15. Thanks!

Never heard of trackitt it before, signed up there to check out but i dont think it would be of much use, they have hardly 5 or 6 users for April 2016 Vermont filers and here, we are already 47 filers so far in VJ. Yeah I know, some people are too busy to come online and update their monthly sheet. Some only when they are facing issues then they will come and ask for help. If everyone took just few mins of their time and atleast leave a message whether its approval or rfe or anything, the rest of users who are regular can update the sheet and it would help everyone.

I know right. Transfer to CSC would be great. Although that might slow down the process for those already at CSC.

Sorry I dont have an answer for scheduling an infopass. Maybe you can open a new thread and you will get the answer.

ctracker, I do not know what to tell you. I am giving up, seriously. Vermont is working actively on July and it is moving very slow. Some June fillers got left behind for some reason. Try to call and ask to speak with tier 2. It is just crazy. California is already approving January 2016.

There are roughly 15000 ROC filers in a month. My guess around 6000 or so goes to VSC. So even a list of 47 people is not too much, less than 1%. Right now it wouldnt matter but when the time comes (9-10 months later) and people start worrying then any source becomes useful. You guys are just starting the journey, I bet all of those people are still logging in and updating status, so now is the time to remind everyone to come back and update when they hear something months later. Hopefully they will speed up meantime and you guys don't suffer as much as we did.

Still waiting over here too (October, detailed timeline in signature). I'm just hoping we get it before the year mark because I really can't afford a 5 hour trip to the closest USCIS field office.
