Hi I'm gonna piggy back on this question. My fiance is not yet here but looking at what process we have to do after we are married. How long and what stage in the aos do we need to be at before the initial 90 days. We don't want him to be deported!

You need to be married within 90 days. You do not need to file the AOS within 90 days. However, doing so as soon as possible means that your spouse has legal stay within the USA.
