Hello everyone! I've never had a chicken pox, in my DS-3025 doctor left field with chicken pox empty, it means that I have to find a civil surgeon to fill out I-693 form (vaccination part) ?

Will civil surgeon make a vaccination?

Also, what if I will be pregnant at the time of attend civil surgeon? If he/she will not be able to make a vaccine on me, will I'll be able to adjust status anyway?

Yes, unfortunately if your DS-3025 doesn't record either a vaccination date or that you have a history of varicella (which would get you a waiver of that vaccination), your DS-3025 vaccination record isn't complete and you'll need to see a civil surgeon. Yes, a civil surgeon will provide any required vaccinations. That's where I got my own varicella vaccination, as I'd never received one.

If you're pregnant and a vaccine should not be given during pregnancy, the civil surgeon will record it as medically contra-indicated on your I-693 and you will be able to adjust status.
