Hey. So we had our interview in Montreal last Tues (10th), it was approved! I've been eagerly checking the CEAC everyday since lol. I've read on here that normally there is some change in the 2 days? Ours still says 'Ready'. When do people think it will change to AP or Issued? Thanks....

March 20th 2015 EB2-NIW submitted to USCIS Nebraska

November 30th 2015 USCIS approved I-140

December 1st 2015 File transferred to NVC

December 30th 2015 NVC requests IV fee

December 31st 2015 IV fee paid

January 12th 2016 Submitted DS-260 & scanned docs

February 29th 2016 Case Complete from NVC

March 28th 2016 Given interview date for Montreal

April 13th 2016 Medical completed with Dr Cheema

May 10th 2016 Interview day in Montreal- APPROVED!!

POE date??

Hey. We received the below change on the CEAC website. Does it mean were getting closer to getting the visa and passport back? It says were in AP?!

Everyone has AP after the interview. It's not the same AP as when they are investigating your case further though.

Issued means that it has been printed. You should receive tracking information in a day or two and then receive your packet a day or two after that.

We have been at a status of Administrative Processing because they needed more documents which they received on April 26th.

Today our status changed to READY.

Should we get our hopes up that they will request the passport (didn't send due to travel plans) so the Visa can get Issued?
