Follow-up question on that... what if I still have my CENOMAR? Can I just present that along with my Marriage Certificate? To show I haven't been married before? Coz I only got married this March.. My interview is next Monday, it would take about a week if I try to get a CEMAR now..

CENOMAR will not do. Must have CEMAR for the interview. If you cant get it in time they will issue 221g asking for it. Delay is about 2 weeks after they receive it.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Glad I found out about it in time. In the email they stated CENOMAR so for anyone who does not do enough research it could cause unnecessary delays in your IV application.

Mar 27, 2019 -  10-year Green Card received in mail

Sep 24, 2020 -  N400 application sent online; biometrics reused (no addt'l appt)

Jan 14, 2021 -  N400 interview/test scheduled - APPROVED

Jan 19, 2021 -  Oath-taking ceremony!

Nope. USEM will want the CEMAR being you are married. Plus they don't want it to be more than 6 months old. You NEED a new CENOMAR/CEMAR
