Hello everyone,

I have several questions before I actually submit this DS260 for my parents.

Long story short: My parents came to the usa back in 1998 on a tourist visa, overstayed it by 12-13 years, and left voluntarily in 2010-2011. Meanwhile I got married to an american, and thus now i'm an american by naturaliztion.

Now my parents want to move back here from Brazil (our native country).

1. Do I need to enter all the addresses they resided in while in the usa as well as any other previous address since 16 years of age? OR will the addresses from brazil be sufficient?

2. Since they lived in the usa and went back, would they still require a police certificate from usa? If so, where should we get that?

3. How long do you honestly think it will take after i submit this ds260?

Thank you for any help : )
