If I had to hazard a guess, the victim wasn't a Drumpf supporter and the assailant or assailants were just looking to make America Great Again.

Question, what reasons would anyone have to tie a woman to a tree?

The usual reasons I suppose. Insanity or rape or a serial killer.

The description of the man sounds rather like one of those crazy hobos you occasionally hear about that live in the woods... and you only hear about them until they do something bad of course. But there is one case and several other odd ones that sticks in my mind. I don't know a lot about it but the ''Colonial Parkway'' killer was never found, and they've been dormant for a long time. Still, something about this case doesn't sound right to me. Why was a 64 year old lady hiking alone in some pretty isolated area? How did she manage to contact her friend while I assume being kidnapped?
