What are the forms needed after receiving NOA-2 for the K-3 process? I am familiar with Ir/Cr process and what forms are needed after NOA-1, but not aware of the forms needed for K-3 process after NOA-2. If you can specifically mention the names of the forms, (like DS 230, Part-I, etc) then it will be a great help. Thank you.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I-134 (in rare cases the odd embassy requests the I-864 or you are given a choice) Check in the Regional Forum or in the Foreign Embassy Forum for threads relevant to country of interview. There is an I-134 thread pinned in the Foreign Embassy Forum which is useful reading. The Affidavit of Support and supporting documents should be prepared and forwarded to your spouse in advance of the interview.

Packages received from Embassy contain amongst other things

DS-230 pt 1

DS-156

DS-156K

Im pretty sure thats it as far as forms go that your spouse/applicant will need to complete. Im sure someone will chime in if I have missed anything.

Plus you can start gathering evidence of an ongoing/bonafide relationship.
