My NOA1 is dated February 10. 2016. My petitioner is a resident of Florida. Is there anyone here whose petition is around the same date as mine? Did you receive NOA2 already. I have breached the 90-day period from the time of the first notice.

Unfortunately where in the end of last year NOA2's came in within 30-60 days, it has now expanded to 30 (if you're lucky) -90+ days. Good luck, I hope you hear something soon!

after months of waiting, we finally made a call and open a case at USCIS, this is what we got. what are these security checks? and to whom do they communicate regarding this matter?

after months of waiting we finally made a call to USCIS and this is what we got. to whom are they talking about this security checks? are they running their own background checks or are the dealing with police from different countries?
