K1 Visa Received email from Islamabad pakistan embassey

Hello all - I am being really stressed out ... We have sent our 3.5 packet on 29th April. 2016 and waiting on interview date from US embassy - I just received an email in response to my inquiry that we will get interview letter in a week or so. All over sudden about 30 min ago we received this email from US embassy...

Dear Applicant,

Your document(s) have been collected from the US Embassy/Consulate

The passport number being returned is XXXXXXX

You have chosen to have your documents delivered to the following location:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at www.ustraveldocs.com/pk.

What passport ? she has not had her interview yet neither US consulate has her passport???

What is this email about .. .. Please anyone help me....
