Hey guys. Have done the fingerprints 3 weeks ago, I didn't got my EAD card. But my case for the I485 online said my case is ready for interviews. I don't know what is going on...will I get my EAD or not? I apply for the AOS married with us . Thank u

Please fill in your timeline so we can help you better. EAD can take up to 90 days or so after receipt. 3 weeks after bio is not long enough to finish EAD processing- generally. You could be waiting with status saying ready for interview for a short time or a while. Patience! It's all a waiting game.

It's okay, you don't need to be worried about your EAD based on the dates you've mentioned. I know it's stressful and that not being able to work can sometimes have you climbing the walls with boredom, but you just need to wait a few more weeks.

EAD processing can take up to 90 days from the date of receipt. Biometrics are usually done within the first 30 or so days of that. It's not completely impossible for someone to get their EAD only three weeks after biometrics, but it would be very unusual for it to happen that quickly without a specific expedite request. My EAD arrived about 6 weeks after my biometrics were done.

While you're waiting, It will let people give you the best answers to any other questions you have as you go through the rest of the AOS process.

I got the 3 receipt on 29 March, done biometric on 20 April. .
