Passport photos for children on the I-129f?

My fiance has two children who will be coming with her once approved for her K1 visa...hopefully. Do i need to submit their passport photos in addition to my fiances when i send in the I-129f packet?

No they only need to be listed on the I-129F and thats it until you get to the stuff needed for the interview/medical

I included my son's photo and attached it to his G-325a form.. Just like I attached mine on my G-325a form

Yes for AOS but not the I-129F ... Neither of that is needed for the I-129F

OP I'm also doing a K-2 and only listed him so save the time for all that until the medical/interview, you will be fine

You definitely don't need to submit any passport photo's of any k2 children along with the I-129f package. Remember also when filling out the form ds160 you will need to fill out one for each accompanying k2 child.

Passport pictures are not required until the AOS.

Once you receive the NOA 2 and you are assigned your case number your fiance can then proceed with the DS-160.

Don't forget to fill in your timeline.

A K-2 is a derivative visa of the K-1, meaning the K-2 does not require a separate petition to be submitted on their behalf. They are listed on the I-129F that is filed for the foreign fiance(e) that will apply for the K-1. That is it. They do not need extra forms, like the G-325A, photos, birth certs, etc. Once the I-129F petition is approved, then the foreign fiance(e) and accompanying children will apply for their K-1 and K-2 visas through the consulate in their country. That is when you will need more documents for the K-1 and K-2.
