We reside in Florida and we just got married and now we are going to begin our adjustment of status, but In our marriage certificate doesn't appear the new name for my wife, which last name she should use in the medical exam and in the I485 to file adjustment of status ? Thanks in advance for your help

I got my maiden name on my marriage certificate too.. But i put my husband's last name on my I-485 and I-765... I didn't do the medical exam bcus mine is still valid from K1 process.. If your wife has already done it in her home country, i don't think she'll need a new medical anymore, as long as the medical date is less than a year when you apply for AOS.. HTH and good luck!
