G-325A

I was just reading a post that spoke of originals for the G-325...... My question is I did most all of the paperwork including the G-325 and then i faxed the forms to stephen he signed them and then sent them back to me by snail mail......is this going to be exceptable? His signature is orginal but the original G-325 for him I did in the states and faxed it over and you can see the diffrence in mine to his as his looks like a copy.

Can you save the fillable G-325A? If you can, I'd fill that out and e-mail him the PDF and have him print and sign. Fax copies are usually not very good and you don't want to submit illegible copies to USCIS. You might get an RFE.

I tried that route "not saveable"......although it is a fax the quality is not bad and everything is legible...and the packets ready for snail mail just waiting for the sun to rise.....So i guess i will send him the originals snail mail in the am along with the 129F thats headed to VERMONT....WOOHOO!!!! So if i do get a RFE ..I can get it sent back asap...Thanks

Check out CutePDF. They have inexpensive software for saving fillable PDF forms. It's a good investment because you will be filling at lot of PDF forms with immigration.

Only in the past few days there has been posts of members getting an RFE for this exact thing...photocopies/fax. Is it worth the risk? There is no issue with handwriting as opposed to using the autofill, one can do either.
