we have our interview tommorow,, it says to bring affidavit of support (unless already submitted),, but ive been reading where people say we need to bring it to the interview,,, is it necessary? I mean do we have to do another affidavit of support?

Aren't they fairly simple to fill out? If it were me I would bring another just in case. I also keep a photocopy of every form I mail into USCIS. Did you? If so, you could just bring that I guess.

yea I kept a copy of everything but, my tax transcripts I mailed the origianals for irs,,, but I have a year of check stubs I could bring

I remember asking our attorney precisely the same question before our interview. his response was that we did not need to complete another Affidavit Of Support as it had already been submitted as part of our original application, but that we should bring a copy of everything we had submitted, as well as all the reams of bona fide relationship evidence.

The interviewer didn't even ask to see the copy. So, I think it's safe to say you don't need to do another one.

Our attorney did advise us to bring one thing that I don't think is listed on the standard interview notice: both our drivers licenses (or an equivalent state ID) showing our current address. Not only did the interviewer ask for those, she made a copy of both of them for our file.
