Do anyone know the naturalization ceremony schedule in Los Angeles Great Area in the near future? I search on the court website and it only shows up the latest one in May 18, 2016. My cousin has the interview set on 6/13/16 and she really wants to know the ceremony date for June and moving forward so she can plan ahead the trip. Thanks.

I found them. It posted on http://www.lacclink.com/events. The upcoming ones are 7/20, 8/11, 9/9. Too bad there is none in June.

Where is your cousin's district?

What I know is sometimes Santa Ana has its own naturalization ceremony (know as Orange County Naturalization Ceremony) when LACC is not available.

You can find more about it by google "orange register naturalization ceremony".

One information that might be interesting to you: there was a ceremony in Jun 2015. Why? I guess that LACC does not hold ceremony in June.

Therefore, I am pretty sure that there would be a ceremony for Santa Ana applicants in June, but not in LACC.

Thanks for sharing your information.....

She lives right in Santa Ana. I did dig a little bit more as suggested and found 1 upcoming oath in June but it is June 14, 2016 (interview on 6/13) so I do not think she can hop into that. I guess 7/20/16 is the earliest oath that she can take and tell her plan her trip accordingly. Thanks so much for your reply, witamar.

Well, I got approved from Santa Ana, but I have been waiting my Oath letter for more than 45 days....

I hope that your cousin's case would be faster than mine.

Also, I got my interview in 4 months, but January 2016 filers (Santa Ana) are getting their interviews in more than 4 months.

So, it seems to me that there would be same delay.....

I had my naturalization interview at Santa Ana today. At the end of the interview, I asked the officer where and when the next oath ceremony would be held. I was told it would most likely be scheduled for June 21st in Anaheim at The Grove.

Did the officer tell you when you are going to get the letter (oath)?

The link https://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/clerk-services/naturalization-ceremony-locations-and-schedule has been updated with oath ceremonies in June 2016. LA/OC/SB will naturalize 2,700 citizens at Ontario on 6/14/16 and 1,800 citizens at Anaheim on 6/21/16. witamar and spicymayo, hopefully you guys will get into either one of them next month. Cheers.
