Hi,

Recently during a campus job fair for part time work opportunities, I applied being a holder of F1 visa. After getting the job with in a day, my employer submitted my information in to USCIS Employer Status check and I received an email from USCIS about TNC. But I decided not to work there because I came to know about my visa restriction about employment. So, I requested my employer to cancel the submission in E-Verify and to cross out my name from employee list. They did so and told me that they cancelled the submission. But in my E-verify status check it's still showing TNC. Now I am very much afraid about it and not sure what to do. Should I leave the case as it is? It's to be noted that I've not work in the company for a single day and not received any financial support.

Looking for some experts opinions.

Thanks.
