Seems like there is a longer wait at this point. Looking at the Igor's we are looking at 2 to 3 months...

The wait is so difficult.

I agree Looks as though will be a long wait. CSC still hasn't approved many late february filers yet. Can only hope CSC approve more than the daily average of 4/5 petitions in the coming days. Will have to wait and see

Don't cry. Tomorrow call the place that sent the application in. Ask them if they can please look into it. Monday is a holiday and you would like some kind of answer. When they sent it they had to get a tracking number. Do you know how they sent it? UPS, FedEx, or USPS? Even if they sent it regular standard mail there is a tracking number on the receipt they got which should have been put in your file. As them for it. It is coming. I see today the NOA1s started coming out again. For the last few days I didn't see any being posted. Yours is coming!! Check in the morning and see if your check cleared. Sending you prayers!! <3 I hope the check clears tonight and you get your NOA1 tomorrow!!

Thank you for the positive vibes. My brother is going to the agency that I applied with this morning to try to figure out things. You are absolutely right Monday is a holiday and I need some sort of an answer so I can be relaxed. I do not know what method she used to send my package. I will find out through my brother as he will be going to the agency in about an hour. I will keep you posted as soon as I hear something. BTW how would I be able to check what NOA1 is posting? do I need a receipt number to check that??

Let us know what happens. Waiting is never fun or easy and being tortured through a holiday isn't cool. I hope they can give you some kind of answer....I check the immigration timelines here on VJ. If you go to the tabs at the top that says immigration timelines you can click K1. It gives you a general idea of how many are moving forward. I checked them daily like a nut and it didn't seem to be many from this week or the end of last week. Good Luck let us know!! <3

Maybe today it will come through. My NOA1 didn't come through until almost 8:00pm my time yesterday. Are you asking where I see that people are getting NOA1s? Good luck!!!

Did you get the hard copy already or just an email? I am wondering if my fiance should call USCIS today but still just 10 days have passed since we sent our petition.. i am sure they would tell us to wait more! And that would be it...

If it is just 10 days I can tell you what they will say to your fiance at USCIS..."You can call back on xx date because that will officially be 30 days since you have sent in your petition. After 30 days has passed if you have not heard or received any kind of information call us back and we will be able to take further action." That is what was told to me when I called...He must have been reading off a screen because it sounded so scripted lol. I got an email and text about 8:00pm last night...it was exactly 20 days (counting weekends) since I sent mine in.

It`s great you got the email! Yeah we won`t call now, maybe next week. We called the post office though and they told us that "Delivered" means it is in the PO box but they can not gurantee when it will be picked up. I am guessing USCIS pick up their mail daily.

The NOA1 said it was received on May 10th. The post office had it as being delivered 3am May 9th. Yours will come through. My one friend who is also waiting just got her NOA1 and it was 26 days. She got the email. Her check wasn't cashed first. It's coming!! They seem to be running behind a little I'm guessing.

I am so happy to hear you finally got your check cashed and your NOA 1! I know you were really fretting! Thank you for sharing the information about the 30 day wait before being able to make in inquiry. This is really helpful information to know for all future applicants (such as myself lol)

Yes that is true ... things seem to be not promising for a fast process ... waiting will be long !!
