Please, can someone tell me what is the post decision email that the uscis sent mean?

Thank you

I got the email the same day as NOA 2, and our case was forwarded to NVC. So I'm guessing it means it's being sent to NVC. At least I think that's what it meant in our case.

I tracked our packet with DHL, it showed that it was delivered to the embassy in Amsterdam around 11 am (their time). When my fiance got home from work packet 3 was already there waiting on him!! It was postmarked the same day NVC status changed to "in transit", so I'm wondering if NVC also electronically notifies the embassy. However it happened, WE ARE SO EXCITED!! This is going faster than I ever imagined!!!! We should have an interview date sometime next week!!!! It's looking like it will be a reality of having him here in time for the holidays!!

Question..!

how did they sent you the package 3. the only email information that they asked in the application was the petitioner. but they say they will send it to the beneficiary.

how did they sent it to you I mean email, mail ?

That statement of mine that you have quoted has nothing to do with packet 3. It has to do with the post decision activity email from USCIS. USCIS has my email address because I filled out G-325 to receive communication via text, and email from USCIS when I first filed our K1 petition. Is that what you mean?

Thank you

Congrats guys. We had the same NOA1, we got approved on 8th so it seems they are wrapping up May now! hopefully its all sent to NVC in the next few days and we have only a few week wait!!

anyone on here have an updated time scale for NOA2 to NVC at this stage. i was looking around and it seems 2/3 weeks but i wonder if anyone can confirm this estimation.

I know the standard call after 2 weeks everyday until you get the case number so ill be onto that shortly.
