It was with an immigration here in michigan. I called them as well and they told me lets wait until the end of the week and we will see whats going on. I am inpatient and i cant wait thats why I called the USCIS today and they told me theres nothing in the system.. I am freaking out. I do NOT have any case # or nothing to follow up. Wouldnt the 3rd party agency have a case number?? or is that generated from the uscis?? Help? what do i do?/ Thank you

the case number will be assigned when they get your petition and route it to California. you will get the case number by email, text or by mail (the hard copy)

since you did not get anything obviously you don't have a case number neither your agency

it says 2 to 3 weeks from the date they receive your file you will get an answer ... USCIS say 30 days !!

another week then you can call USCIS and get clarifications ... try to find out the exact day that was delivered to USCIS Lockbox !!

It's been 17 days since I sent mine and nothing. 15 days since it has been delivered. =(

I am very very worried. I applied for my fiance i129F on May 2nd with a 3rd party agency. I called USCIS last week and this week and they still havent received my application. They tried to look me up by my name and there wasnt anything in the system. Its been 3 weeks exactly and I dont know were my application is i do NOT have a case/receipt number. Every time i call uscis they tell me there isnt anything in the system. Please, help what do I do, I am going crazy. I am seeing other applicants who applied in may and heard something within days... My case is going on for 3 weeks and no notifications nor nothing. HELP!!!!!

I sent my application in on May 6th it was delivered on May 9th...I too have heard nothing at all....To email notification...No text...No paper NOA1...no check cashed. If you call USCIS I hope you have better luck than I did because I was told I have to wait until June 6th which would be exactly 30 days to call back and then USCIS can take further action.

Was the place you used reputable? I did it myself. I didn't use anything.

Yes it is reputable, my brother applied for his fiancé few years ago with her.. I called the place that handled my case and left a message and haven't heard back. I will call them again tomorrow. wish me luck. but what makes me very upset is seeing other people applying after me and got a response within days.... it sucks:(

You would find the receipt number out by calling USCIS but from what they told me is you have to wait a full 30 days from when you sent it to call and take further action...meaning they will go into the computer by your name and look up the application. Good luck!

Hi everyone,

May filer checking in! I just sent in my app this afternoon for Lewisville, I went a little overboard and added EVERY SINGLE What's App chat dialogue, from December 25 to a week ago. My app was 4.55 lbs!! I just wanted to make sure they had everything, cuz no one's gonna tell me there's no relationship going on lol. Fed Ex said it would be there on Friday. I'm hoping the volume won't hurt the process, I was so paranoid but I'm in the waiting pool.

Interesting that some of y'all are stating that you get some sort of e-notification for your NOA1. I got a notification stating that the package has been received in Dallas and to expect the NOA1 in 7-10 days.

I was actually expecting another email or text, but the NOA1 was sent via snail mail. There were 2 dates on the NOA1: received on the 13th and notice date on the 17th (of May). I don't check mail everyday but I saw it on the 22nd. Looks like the text to look out for mail was sent on 17th.

I need to update my timeline.

Aww I'm glad I made you feel welcomed! Thank you for your kind words and thoughts. I look at it this way maybe it's God trying to show me something or teach me I can't always get what I want when I want it. If it doesn't show up well then I just have to refile when I come home. It stinks but hey it will all work out. Thank you though. Believe me this will be the second place I come to when I get it. The first will of course be my fiancé! Lol

It Is so sad you guys still did not hear anything by now .. i got my hard copy by mail last night and it has nothing except to check the petitioner/beneficiary information on the notice are correct otherwise call and make corrections.

we pray for you and send you our support during this stressful priode...someone said NOA2 is nothing and desn't change anything .. well it is not true...we you get notified at lease you have peace in your mind and you know your file is there waiting for its turn to be processed .. i do feel you guys what you are in right now and it is not easy to not even now where your files are right now!!

I wonder why? after 3 weeks of applying where is my application and why haven't my check been cashed?/??? Should I be worried? Do you think they are working on my file if they didn't cash the check yet? or its a must to cash the check before opening my case?

Hi everyone!

May filer here.Mailed our application via 2day priority to the Lewisville, TX Lockbox on May 9, 2016. Being that I live in Dallas/Fort Worth TX, it was delivered next day on the May 10, 2016.I got a text & email on May 13, 2016 that my app was received and NOA1 dated May 12,2016 was mailed out to me. I received my NOA1 hard copy on May 20, 2016.
