Hello our says its been moved in a different Service center office and now has a different jurisdiction. The actually message was " Case Transferred and New Office Has Jurisdiction". Why that happened? Can anyone help me? Our NOA1 was May 18th and now our case was been moved. I am so confused

Hi! I have asked our lawyer what that means! She said, it could have been transferred to another service center. To confirm, you can call the USCIS. I have the same NOA1 date as yours!

I certainly hope you get your approval soon! Sending good vibes your way! :)

Medical exam went well :)

Interview date set on the 17th!

Any May filer interviewing on that same day?

No one seems to talk to me on here but, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Update:

Case status is RFE.

Even with a lawyer nothing is guaranteed.

At least it moved somewhere.

Good luck to all.

Love is beautiful.

Hi! Most cases with RFEs are approved within the same month as long as you respond to it immediately!

KEEP FAITH! :)

Thank you so much. But does your lawyer know the reason for transferring? And why just now? We have been waiting for approval. Then now its just a transfer.

I remember reading in March or April filers of a lady's friend that had her K1 transferred to Vermont. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it, but, best I remember her approval came quickly after the transfer. It almost makes me wonder if they pull one randomly to train a new hire in the event they begin getting K1's again. I know that's far fetched, probably, but just my way of making it make sense. Lol!

That can be a case. Although a quick approval would have been better if that's gonna happen. Anyway, we won't know wherebits been transferred until we got the notice. Thank you for answering me. Right now I am confused and disappointed at the same time. ???

I wish I could remember exactly where I read that. It was one night I was stalking their threads when waiting for my approval, and my memory fails me.

I would say keep checking online. I'm sure there will be an update as soon as it's received, even if it's only a change in the date it was touched, you should see something in a few days!

Hang in there, it's coming soon!

That I haven't asked. I would try too as soon as I get to talk to her again.

I wish they could have given y'all an approval instead of a transfer!

But hang in there, an approval should next! This week could be your week!!! :)

I have a question.

after they give us the Case number and they send the package to the consulate

they say that they will send a package number 3.

they send this to the petitioner or the beneficiary????

I'm a little concern because in my country the postal service is the worst and not thrust full way to send something important.

HOW THEY SEND THE PACKAGE 3???

.
