In everyones experience, at what time of day are the NOA2, NVC, etc. updates released? Are they ongoing all day as they process them or do they wait until a certain time of day before you can see an update?

I got my case number today!! WOOO! Lady was super nice and helpful! :)

Congrats. You can now book your medical first thing tomorrow(if you have your police certificate already). Once that is book filled in the ds160 and the readiness form. Then sign up to the site to book your interview https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv. Once you case has changed to in transit, wait 24hrs and then you should be able to book your interview, as I can no longer check dates, I believe the most recent interview dates are 20th September. If it tells you it's not ready to let you book keep trying through out the day. Hope this helps for all Londoners

Only beneficiary, sorry assume you weren't the USC. You just need to send I-134 with financial evidence to the beneficiary for them to take to the interview.

Do we need to bring some kind of NVC letter with me to the medical? Read somewhere about needing to bring to medical a letter/email with NVC number on it?

Do I need to email/call the NVC to ask for this?

My fiance is calling tomorrow morning to book the medical!

Thank you :)

Some have said that they didn't need a letter, depending on how far out the medical is you can use your interview letter, that's what I used. The NVC won't give you anything. I'm not sure about London but I have heard other countries accept a screenshot of the ceac notice. But as it's generally pretty quick to book an interview your interview letter will be fine. If NVC send to embassy tomorrow you should be able to book Saturday or Monday at the latest (not sure if the 24hrs count on the weekend) so if medical is after that you will be fine.
