how can you see 500 cases around your case? I can only see about 20 cases who filed for i129f but the rest are the i130, i539 and i765. I am unable to see the 500 cases for only i129f:(

In the USCIS app y changed the last 4 Digits to go back and see cases close to my date.

A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

I just checked the site and saw my case number was approved with yesterday's date, but haven't gotten an e-mail or text about it yet. Their notification system is sloooooow.

All it all, took 74 days for us to get from NOA1 to NOA2. That's a whole lot better than the advertised 5 months!

Hope yo get ours too this week. Its already been 78days waiting to our NOA2 . :cry::cry::cry:

May 9,2016: = sent i-129f to USCIS

May 13,2016 : = uscis app NOA1

May 17,2016: = NOA1 rcvd and dated same date

June 16, 2016: = Updated petitioner Date of Birth ( USCIS mispelled it )

August 3,2016: = NOA2. I checked our case to app and its APRROVED!!!! yehey "Thanks LORD" :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

August 9,2016: = NOA2 hardcopy received Dated August 3,2016 :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:
August 16, 2016: = NVC RECEIVED OUR CASE :)
Aug 18, 2016: = Case # INV #
CASE STATUS: = "IN TRANSIT" praying to be ready so soon!! (L)
Aug 21, 2016: = Case Status " READY " thank you LORD. :idea:
Aug 22, 2016: = Received Packet 3. But found out our case mistakenly sent to wrong US Embassy. :cry:
Aug 28,2016: = CASE IN TRANSFER PROCESSING :idea:
Sept 1, 2016: = CASE Received by Abu Dhabi USEM status "READY" ...YESSS :)
Sept 7:29: = case status date change still "READY"
October 20,2016: = RECEIVED PACKET 3!! YAY..THANK YOU LORD
October 27,2016: = Interview. Guide me O' Lord and approved our petition. Thank you. :) APPROVED!!!!!!!!!

I got an RFE case was updated today. Not sure what to do cause I won't be home for another 2 weeks.

Really !!!! why ?? what was it about ?? i was hoping you get approved but im sorry !! anyway it is not bad just more couple weeks of processing !!

can someone get your mail and tell you what it is about maybe someone can do that for you !!

08/03/2016 -- NVC Case # and Invoice ID Assigned
08/15/2016 -- Packet 3 Received (email)

09/19/2016 -- Finally the embassy open interview date after long wait ... 35 Days (interview scheduled for Oct 10)

10/05/2016 -- Medical done. but no sealed envelope given.

10/10/2016 -- Interview day 1 ( pay the fee, deliver paperwork, finger printed ... and told to comeback tomorrow to be interviewed by a CO )

Really !!!! why ?? what was it about ?? i was hoping you get approved but im sorry !! anyway it is not bad just more couple weeks of processing !!

can someone get your mail and tell you what it is about maybe someone can do that for you !!

My mom will have to get it for me and take a pic. I will have to see what it is for. I have no idea what it could be for. I know I didn't send them police and cour papers for charges I had in the last. This will be a huge problem unless my lawyer writes a Letter or i get the FBI record check soon. I had my record expunged and the courts said they can't get them because it is expunged. I don't know what to do I'm so upset.

Yes I mentioned every last one. I wrote each change the outcome the year and every detail you can imagine that goes with it. I even gave the name of the police officers in some of them. I don't know what they could want. I don't even know how long it takes to get the hard copy ?

The hard copy will have more details ... Mine took 7 days to Get home ... Now we are just guessing and thinking what it is about ... I hope they will give you enough time to gather what they why and reply back !!
