And people like us dealing with Ghana Consulate with the number of denials, its just a pain being in this process. Above all odds am planning to go to Ghana when interview is due. I learnt my presence, with a proof of my passport to the CO can sometimes help with visa approval. All prayers

I am planning to do the same thing in Ecuador. I will be there the interview day and I hope they will let me in. at least if something goes wrong they have to give a real reason.

Thats sooooooo true!!! I wasnt going to go, but somethings telling me to go, cause ghana is a trip!! It shouldnt be this hard to be with someone you love! I am sure all of us in these LDRs, didnt dream of being in one! You just cant controll who you fall in love with and where! I hate someone has to look in my fiance face and tell him if our love is real or not, no matter how much proof you provide.... Regardless staying positive, cause one monkey dont stop no show!!!

As hard as this process is be thankful we have the opportunity to be with our loved ones and apply to bring them here. Most countries don't allow you to bring your fiancé to live with you and get married. Many countries have a long drawn out process AFTER you get married to esablish resediemce.

I dont believe no is saying we are not thankful, but just like everything else in life we can still vent about it, and keep pushing forward with all thanks and praise to the most high.... I am sure we all on here kno it can be worse..... but it doesnt hurt to vent and express how you feeling and be thankful....

Hi guys, i have an RFE and it is letter of intent to marry. Where do i address it? THe California service center, or in Texas where we originally sent our petition? I am aware that i should send the letter to CSC, but what about the address in the letter itself? HELP ME PLEASE

If you know you should mail it to CSC, and want to include an address in the letter then use that address. Personally, we did not put an address on our intent to marry letter. We simply titled the page intent to marry, wrote a short sentence that included all the needed jargon, signed and dated it. We were approved last week.

Praying for lots of approvals today/tonite!!!

Maybe they are really picking up speed today! I had been seeing so many (including myself) not updating until 9:30 pm CST. Best of luck to all those waiting!

Just curious coz we also got an RFE for beneficiary's intent to marry, how long did it take for you to receive the approval after sending the RFE reply? I'm still waiting for my fiancé's expedited mail because he couldn't sign it since he is in the Philippines. The longer the wait, the more anxious I get! ?

Sorry I just got service back. I'm sorry if what I said before made anyone think I said that anyone was not thankful or that anyone is ungrateful or shouldn't vent. I was trying to say look at it as a positive even though the waiting stinks (stinks a lot) and some embassies are hard like Gahana just be thankful at least we can all be together. I was trying to say something positive not insult anyone and I'm sorry if it came out wrong. That was not my intention. If we can't vent here or with each other who can we vent to? No one will understand this and what we are talking about unless you have gone through it or you are going through it. No one will understand what it's like to have a be in love with someone who lives across the oceans and no matter how strong your evidence is the fact that your relationships fate is in someone else's hands a complete stranger will judge your relationship. Again, I'm sorry if I insulted anyone. Sorry for the late response I just got back into wifi. Good luck to everyone I hope everyone gets their approval soon!!!
