Yes, you are correct about the DS160 replacing all of that. And is that fee correct? I thought I read somewhere the fee is $265. We may need to adjust our savings, if that's true! Lol! Also, Netherlands requires more photos (6 total - 4 for medical, 2 for interview). So that's a good guide to go by, but would be even better to find one from your specific embassy. Perhaps on your country's portal here someone that has recently gone through the interview could share it with you.

I also checked the fee is $265. Just wondering it is per person? My one child of 5 years and I ll be applying for the visa. So we ve to pay $265+$265 ? Or only who goes for the interview. I even dont know if my 5 years child ve to go for interview or not.

I believe its $265 per person. Because that is what we are gonna do too. I will be applying for a visa for me and my son. K-1 and K-2 visas.

I am not really certain about this yet. For we are trying to concentrate on what will happen on the next step. I did some researching and yes it needs $1070 I think for filing of AOS. Although I am not sure yet if we also have to file for AOS for the K-2. That I am not sure yet. But if we have to, that is additional $700+ something for AOS of K-2. Here in the Philippines which we are gonna have our medical and interview. I believe that as long as we had our vaccines here there will be no additional vaccines for AOS there. Although I think I read something that even vaccinated if filing of AOS took too long they might request for another vaccination. So if that will be the case then its AOS fee and vaccination fee when PO is already there in USA.

The one night I promised I wasn't going to stalk the App, but I couldn't resist. So, I checked mine and It was still showing the received date, then right before my eyes it notified me that " request for evidence has been mailed" I was in complete utter shock. Just to know that my case was reviewed is an awesome feeling. I'm very grateful to know my case is being worked on, but I do wish USCIS would work in order of receipt date. I saw one case that was received on April 27th that hasn't been touched, it breaks my heart.

Waiting to see what our RFE is all about.

Praying everyone gets approved VERY soon!

Sorry about your RFE but congrats on hearing something at least!

I too definitely wish that these were processed in the order they were received... I was wondering if anybody from April hadn't heard back but I guess that answers that question :( so sad and frustrating. I feel like there's some people at the USCIS office that are just reallllyyyy slow and if your case happens to be assigned to them, you're outta luck..

GL to everyone else still waiting!

Congrats to all NOA2..!!!

the waiting is crazy. First we have to wait for the NOA1, then if we are lucky after 6 weeks the NOA2, then the NVC process may be 3 to 4 weeks, then the interview day where they put a note (the interview does not warranty a visa) and if we get the visa they put a another note (a visa does not warranty the entry to the USA). is juts unbelievable ho they can play with the destiny of millions of couples all over the word its just frustrating put our relationships future in other hands.

and the waiting is killing meeeeee !!!
