A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

So while getting things in order to take to my fiance I was looking through the petition again and I noticed I didn't check the box that asks if you've seen each other in the last two years. Will this be a problem in the future? I sent along pictures and flight information with my packet.. So it's obvious that we spent the time together. I'm just wondering if the embassy will have any issue that it wasn't checked yes.

Good Morning All !!!

me and my fiancé got to morocco last night !! we need to see each other and be together ... it is an amazing country to spend time and visit .. it is a very hot hot season it is like 100°F early in the morning !!

anyway .... while me and my fiancé enjoy breakfast by the pool .. i check my emails and here i found the "" APPROVAL "" from USCIS :dancing: :joy: :dancing: :joy:

Could not believe it had to check the App and "" CASE APPROVED July 20 "" :dancing: :joy: :dancing: :joy:

So excited and happy we got the news sitting together we were both jumping of joy !!!!

hope all of you hear good news soon !!!

My NOA 1 notice date was May 18, got the text and email May 19 and the hard copy received May 24.

Approved Date: July 19th 2016

Waiting on approval notice in the mail now.
