Congrats to whoever got their NOA2s today and I hope

Whoever didn't get them gets them tomorrow. Another day down with no NOA2 hoping tomorrow brings some good news ?

Might not be over today yet. Last couple days I noticed people are getting them after 7:30pm. So keep the faith!

A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

I read this and was like eh, well it's 9:30pm PST and I did just check it an hour ago, but I guess I'll check it again - and WE GOT APPROVED!

There IS hope!!!!!

There IS hope!!!!!

Congratulations !!! Hopefully ours will come soon too, in JESUS name. Good luck to us all that is still waiting

No worries, some people might get it very early.

Your timeline says you have still time. So you have no reason to worry. Just stay positive, time will pass quickly.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting on NOA2, NVC, and interviews. I am a May filer myself, but was lucky enough to get it expedited. August 3rd is my interview. I hope for a speedy process for the rest of you waiting!

I'm fearing an RFE because I couldn't sign anything and instead wrote "will sign at consulate" :(

at least after you respond it, the approval will come fast!! best of luck!
