Hi, ours was filed on May 2, 2016, and approved 2 days ago 7/15/2016

Congratulations!!! I also checked the USCIS app and saw that there is another May 16th filer that got approved last Friday 15th of July. I don't think its an expedited case. So hopefully this week more May filers gets approved. Good luck to us all guys ???

A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

I just can not wait..!!! If USCIS will pay me a $1 every time that I go online to check the status I will be rich by now..!!! haha

hey .. what you think if they charge us 1 cent every time we check their website ??

i bet they will not need filling fees, all forms and petition will be free and they give a big raise to all employee !!

Can I ask a question? For those people who use the case tracker how do you see the cases before yours? When I put my number in I don't see many I-129f cases that came after at all. When I put numbers before mine I don't see many cases at all. Most of the cases I'm finding are I-130s?

me too .. i have the same problem ... i know you can search for 500 cases after the number you chose to start .. but i only found I-130 and all the I-129F are just around May 12th.

me too .. i have the same problem ... i know you can search for 500 cases after the number you chose to start .. but i only found I-130 and all the I-129F are just around May 12th.

For some reason my case was received May 10th but is in with May 24th filers for I-130 the other I-129f applications I see we're all declined for wrong payment and not signed. Then I checked 60000 numbers and it is May 6th and up. I'm so confused lol

My app also filters that way. When it's done with the search I click I-129 at the top left of the screen to weed out all the other visas. My app is for iPhone, I'm not sure if android is the same. Hope that helps!

And I hope we all do not blow up the USCIS server checking so many times a day! Lol!!

Not sure if you have an iPhone but I do and what I do I go to the "Search" icon on the app. Then I usually put in a case 5-10 before mine. So for example if my case ends in 75, I would put the case ending in 65, then next to it you can type in a number and I usually put 50! Then hit SEARCH! Then next to "All" at the top you can click on I-129 and it will show all of the petitions with approved, RFE, or still waiting! I hope this helps!

the WAC number is assigned by receiving order no matter what type of petition received ... so that is why the app is not really helpful to peek on others ...lol !!
