Did you by any chance receive the same update on the website? On July 7, 2016, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until January 3, 2017. Please go towww.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by January 3, 2017, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), with fee. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address.

We had 2 of these. One for the 22nd June and then one 7th July?

Have you checked with USCIS to make sure they have the correct address on file for you? Did you receive your actual NOA1 in the mail? I didn't get this notice, but makes me think they don't have your address correct.

We had the same thing. I am june filer. We got it at 29th june for noa 1 hard copy. We did a typo mistake. Address should be 3468 but we typed 3458. So we made a address change after that is completed, my fionce called them and he request them to send the hard copy again.

We didnt get it yet. It has been a couple days. I expect it in 1 or 2 weeks.

we successfully changes the adress on June 16th. We never received any hard copies so hopefully that is the document that was returned to USCIS. Sent the request, hopefully it won't be too long till they mail the document ☺ thank you

My petition was approved tonight at 7:31pm. I sent my petition April 27th. It was received April 29th. I even received the text and email on April 29th saying received. BUT... On the paper they sent which is the 797 or 794 I dont quite remember... Anyways that paper said "Received April 19th" but it also said "Notice date May 3rd". So I believe that to be NOA1. I also think a lot of people in the late April filers used their "received date" dates as the NOA1 date. Which kinda throws everyone off by a few days. So in my opinion USCIS is really into May filers now. It took me 69 days so all you early May filers should see something very soon. I wouldnt be suprised if the late April filers celebrating on the April thread really should be over here celebrating. Lol

Congrats this waiting is killing us I sent my petition May 23. I guess I will be getting an answer next month.

The good thing is that CSC is working faster but they take like a month to send the paper work to the NVC.

I just can not wait I will be travelling to Ecuador and I hope they will let me in for the interview.

I hope we dont have to wait until next month thats soooo far away:( My fiance in lebanon is depressed and scared he will get denied because he tried to come here on a visitor's visa couple months before I sent the i129f and he got denied... Its stressful and me and him are about to explode.

Totally, i am in the same boat as you, he put my contact information here in US and used my brother's name as his friend..They do ask on the ds160 form(thats the form they need to fill out before the interview) and it asks " have you been denied a USA visa before??" So yes they will be asking about that and I am kinda scared it will affect our k1 visa...

Hi guys! My fiancé was denied a tourist visa twice. We have a lawyer helping us with our K1 and he's already said that that isn't a reason to be denied due to it being a different type of visa (K1 is a family based visa). He told us since my fiancé was denied for them thinking he would overstay his welcome, getting a K1 visa is different since the whole reason is for him to come stay in the US. So it shouldn't affect it I hope this gives you some peace of mind! There's a couple things that would make someone inadmissible to the US, but that isn't one of them !
