heyy ..how are you doing !!! you slept for a whole month and now you notice your NOA1 date .... LOL :rofl: :rofl:

the hard copy has grid like on the top

left side you see :

- notice type

- case type

- receipt number and received date

right side you have :

- notice date "" this is your actual noa1 date""

- USCIS Alien number (mine is empty)

- page 1 of 1

- date of birth ( petitioner DOB)

Lol ?????? hahaha

I was getting ready to come to Morocco the last few weeks. I'm here now. It is making the time go faster but I am still worried about being approved. I don't have the noa on me. I just know I got the notice by email on the 26th and it says on the website the last time it was updated was the 25th of May ? As long as we are approved I don't care. How are you doing???

A work permit is called an EAD. You can apply for an EAD as soon as you enter BUT it will only be good until the 90 days from your arrival and since it takes 60-90 days to get the card it is pointless

That dose not apply to k1 visas but to spousal visas your interview will be booked via your embassy not NVC.

firstly, I asked a simple question to early may filers which your not!.. so don't tell me to relax and secondly, you may not be aware but a early may filer ( who was not an expedite) with noa date of 2nd may got approved on friday which indicates that CSC have started on early may filers as well as continuation of april filers.

My noa1 is may9. I checked uscis case status of the case number ahead of me. My case ends with 62, i checked one that end with 61. And it says "document is mailed". Does this mean something? or is it just me being too excited? haha

Wow!!! Are you seeing that on VJ? I'm curious if their country played a factor into such an early approval. No matter the reason, that's so exciting!!!!

05.12.16 - Petition received at USCIS

05.16.16 - NOA 1

05.21.16 - Hard copy NOA 1

07.21.16 - NOA 2

Apparently one of the reasons that the more recent filers are getting their NOA2s so quickly is that they've closed the Virginia and Texas service centers and ALL fiancé visas are now being rerouted to the CSC - the rumor being that the applications from outside California are being processed ahead of the ones already at the CSC no matter what order they arrived in.

So, if any of you filed end of April or in May and your application didn't go to CSC then you're more likely to get approved first! Saw this on another forum here.

things are getting weird more and more ... personally .. i'm not worried about when they approve my petition ... they approve it today or in 2 weeks will not change anything because of what is happening between USCIS and NVC ... people got approved at the end of May (6 weeks ago) and USCIS said the file was transferred to NVC and in the other hand NVC claim the petition is not received yet ... i think this situation is like hell and is nothing compared to our waiting because we know where our files are and waiting for their turn ... but to be lost between two entities and no one can help that sucks !!

Yes, I have read this as well! Some experienced VJ members have all said that CSC is the only center processing K-1 visas at this moment in time and that they have been. So if another service center is processing them that would be interesting :o

I hope you guys also have knowledge about 'expedite' cases. Under some circumstances you can apply for expedite. Probably what you see is expedited cases :/
