Hi guys... please help. I worked in Saudi for two years and i didnt have any idea that my bf would propose once i get back home. I am here in the Philippines now, and my bf filed for fiancee visa in May. So, as I was reading online, i found out that one should get a police certificate from where they lived for more than 6 months. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to obtain that when I was still in Saudi. My questions are...

1. Is it manadatory to get PC from Saudi?

2. Is there any exemptions since I dont live in Saudi anymore?

3. Is it true or is it not that Saudi PC is a must to to show at the interview un the USEM?

Hi everyone, just a little worried on this side. My fiance(US citizen)and I have been living abroad for about 3 years. So he doesn't have an employer letter, income tax returns pay slips from the US, will this be a problem? Also our document was returned to the USCIS, probably the NOA1, will this slow things down for us? Will they only look at our pitition once we request a resend? Thank you so much☺

Hello there

Not meeting the income guidelines means you'll need a co-sponsor. As for your returned mail to USCIS, just get online and update your mailing address and request a resend.

Good luck!

Yes they could if they meet the poverty guidelines. I'd say go for it girl!

This waiting game really sucks. Feels like whip lash on repeat?

I believe you're talking about your 'signature'? If you are, you will go into your settings - go to the signature tab and then change whatever you need to change! :)

My fiance is on the edge of her seat waiting for this and im trying not to even think about it for another month. Im tracking about a dozen cases on the app that were filed at the beginning of April and they still arent approved. Yet some from the very end of April have been. Seems to be totally random in processing the petitions. Still holding out for some luck like all of us are but im being patient for now. Good luck to all.

Since your NOA1 is from June 1st you would fall with the June filers I believe.
