Sounds as if you too reckon there might be something for your case to be on AP for that long.. and the FBI visit.

She will be granted a 10 year green card. That's the good news.

Very out of the normal to have a home visit such as you did. Did you and her have any issues when you were in the K1 process?

Any delays, or RFE's? Was she put into AP after she completed her interview for K1 visa?

Hoping for you and her to see a light at end of tunnel on this journey very soon.

yeah she was in AP for 13 months after her K-1 interview .

You had no interview but a home visit? Never seen that before...

We had a home visit and no interview.

You need to file with Ombudsman, right after I filed with them, they requested new biometrics and they we got approved. Problems with fingerprints the first time.

Maybe your wife haven't told you everything about herself? Ap for 13 months and now this...sounds like something ain't right.
