I filed AOS for my wife 2 years ago and she still have not received the 2 year GC.

Is she eligible for a 10 year green card or no? So i can avoid the ROC fee, she came to the USA on K-1 visa

AOS filed on March 2014.

She would automatically get the 10 year Green Card if one was issued. Begs the question, have you chased them up on the progress?

thanks for your reply, i called them like 100 hundred times and they told me it is in AP, i contacted congressmen as well bt same answer.

they took so long ,now at least i expect they issue 10 year GC to my wife. so we can be in peace.

No interview, but FBI did visit my house and interviewed me and my wife in Sept 2014

I agree. If they already visited you in 2014 I'd be more worried about what the problem is.

How long ago did you contact your congressman?

What exactly happened with your FBI visit? Have you received any sort of rfe? If you've been waiting for two years her medical is also now invalid. If be making an infopass and going in person. Does your case have any red flags?

they asked my wife normal questions like how we met what her education, from how long we know each other.

i don't have any red flag.

It will be the 10 year if you get approved, but I think that currently shouldn't be something to focus on. Also, as you messaged me that you spoke to your congressman 6 months ago maybe now might be a good time to follow up.
