Your interview will be scheduled when your PD becomes current again. The US Embassy will only schedule an interview when you eligible for a visa. A visa is not available to you during retrogression when your PD is no longer current. Your CSPA age is frozen on the date your PD first became current if you have already filed the DS-260. Sorry.

our pd is march 2004 and as the interview date retrogress and went to 1 jan 2001 right now my age is 19 years and we already filed ds 260 will i get benefit of cspa if it takes 4 year to get back to the pd my age will be 23 will i get the visa
