The last updated dates on the USCIS case status sites are 04/19 and 04/20 for the I-765 and I-485 respectively. I got an text notification from a resubmitted I-765 on April 22nd but nothing received in the mail or updated in "case status" with the new receipt number. Is there a delay going on with USCIS updating the case status information? From what I see it is around 3 weeks since the last time an update occurred. I'm wondering if this is normal and if others are seeing the same.

03/29/16: Date Filed

04/11/16: NOA Date

05/11/16: Bio. Appt.

04/20/16: Case updated to fingerprint fee received

04/20/16: Case updated to Case is ready to be scheduled for interview as of 03-17-16

05/11/16: Bio. Appt.

06/06/16: RFIE Mail / I-864 1040 tax form (missing) resent overnight shipping. Second submission of 1040 form for 2015

08/09/16: Status update to interview scheduled for September 13th

08/17/16: Status updated to interview cancelled

08/18/16: Status updated to interview scheduled for September 20th with corrected receipt number. AKA "D" day

12/01/16: Interview: Verbal Approval

12/06/16: Status update to card has been mailed

EAD

03/29/16: Date Filed :

Case rejected for invalid fee and/or signature (failed to sign both areas - Doh!)

04/18/16: Date refiled

04/19/16: NOA -Case Received

07/20/16: Case updated to card being produced

07/26/16: Card received priority 3 day mail

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Yes, the website is very inconsistent right now and there have been a number of posts with people asking questions. I have an approval notice for my I-485 which got in the mail, but my case status online is still stuck at RFE received. My daughter's application, which hinges on mine because she's a K2 has also been approved and she already has her Green Card. Her case status did update, albeit only days after the fact. Meantime, my AP case is showing that my mail was returned undelivered, yet I have the card in my hand since beginning of the year. In short, some things seem to be working while others are not. For the most part it's probably best to ignore the website and call if you have any pressing questions.

Lots of human intervention throughout the process and hence the large amounts of discrepancies with cases.

As officers input their own updates there will be those IT phobes who can remember the days using red pen and copious amounts of carbon paper and manual checklists to get through their case loads.

Those that have OCD and must track everything meticulously to be sure it's all up to date otherwise they lay awake at night unable to sleep (I want this type of officer on my case!!)

Of course those that turn up to work because they have a mortgage to pay and have no inclination to push themselves too hard on the day job... If it gets updated then good... If not... then so what!

I can guess which type I'm likely to have!

:) I have the same issue... Online status hasn't changed since 13 april. I recieved my EAD and AP on monday this week with an email saying that it got delivered... The online portal is probably broken...

But nothing about AOS interview for approval. I'm wonder whats going on...
