Question 10, 13, 14 of I-130

I need help with Question 13, and 14 of the I-130 form. I was a permanent resident, then received my citizenship through naturalization few years ago.

For Qt 13, "If you are a US Citizen, complete the following:..." I marked Citizenship through Naturalization.

For Qt 14, "If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following: Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission." Do I need to enter my permanent residency information also?

Do I have to answer both 13 and 14? or do I have to answer just 13 and leave 14 blank?

no, one or the other, or you are a USC and only fill out that part, or you are a LPR and fill out the part that corresponds
