So my now Wife brought her medical reports with her from China, and we are looking for a translation service that is versed in Medical terminology. There are hundreds to choose from online, so I am looking for feedback from others who have already gone done this path and have any recommendations.

11/11/14 - Met online through eHarmony
11/12/14 - Started communication through email (1-2 emails daily)
12/20/14 - Communicating through Phone Calls and Video Calls
07/04/15 - First Trip to China to visit her (spent time at her home, her hometown, and Beijing), Met the whole family.
07/18/15 - Sadly I had to return back to the US
10/01/15 - I am returning back to China to be with her again
10/11/15 - She will accompany me back on the same flight for 30 days
11/14/15 - She returns back to China
12/01/15 - I-129F Fed-Ex'd to the Lewisville address
12/03/15 - Packet signed for by the receiver
12/07/15 - NOA1 Generated
12/11/15 - NOA1 Received
01/14/15 - NOA2 Generated (Approved)
01/28/16 - NVC Received (Still waiting papers for official date)
01/29/16 - NVC Case# Assigned (Still waiting papers for official date)

Chris, I realize that you may not have similar resources in middle America as on the northwest US coast, but here is how we got the medical information taken care of. When we were preparing the AOS packets for my wife and stepson, we took their Chinese medical records (such as they were) to a US board-certified Chinese-born family physician's clinic located in Seattle's International District. We had to get full physicals for both of them, spendy but worth every cent for their health. They worked with us, since my wife was then on my employer's medical plan, the office retroactively refunded to us the charges that the insurance company covered. Due to the prohibitive cost of adding the stepson to my employer's medical plan, and he is basically young and healthy, I purchased a very high deductible catastrophic health plan, with a small dental plan, just to have some coverage for him.

The large amount of dental work that both of them required to get their teeth back in shape is where we expended a lot of money the first two years of our marriage. The stepson alone had sixteen cavities, we had to prioritize the work over two years to get insurance to cover the required work.

Everybody is happy, healthy, and smiling today.

May I ask why do you have medical reports from China? And what's that translation for?

I only bought my flight to the States and don't know what to do next. Is there any pages that I can go over before I leave? So I won't miss anything...

She's 7 months pregnant and many doctors are refusing to provide her with care unless they can get the documents translated. The documents are her ultrasounds and blood work from her regular visits to a local doctor in her city.
