If by "retarded" you mean delayed in development, then I beg to differ. If adults can't discuss sex, then who can? Maybe we should just learn about orgasms from the way they're shown in movies. Yeah, immediate exctasy after 2 seconds of love making. No wonder so many people have mistaken expectations and disappointment about sex.
