"Just a quick bit of info needed...

My fiancee sends me

Bank Letter

Employers Letter

Pay stubbs? needed?

Bank Statements? - needed?

Original NOA2

NEW Letter of intent. Notarized?

No. They are for YOUR comfort at the Interview. Just in case a CO makes some off-the-wall request, it'll be in the beneficiary's stack of docs. And the letter of intent does not need to be notarized, only the I-134.

You can use a copy of the complete application to read and study what was given to them, some of the interview question may come from that information. The orig NOA2 i just sent a copy, and we did make new letters of intent but we didnt get notorized. Someone from your area will probably know more what is exactly needed there. THe other items bank work etc you have? any other evidence?

I was wondering...my fiance(USC) made the letter of intent when he filed the I-129F. I will be having my interview in May and what letter of intent is that gonna be.

Thanks.

THe first letters of intent to marry were address to the agency here, now the letters of intent to marry would be address to where your interview will be.

Just to add. I didn't make a new letter of intent when Luz went to her interview. I think that if your evidence is weak or a long time has passed since you were last together it may be asked for. If your SO has visited you several times or you have strong evidence of a relationship they will not ask for it.

The 2nd letter of intent, I addressed it to the US Consulate, used the same wording I sumbitted at I-129F submission. They Consulate didn't even want to see it at the Interview. But, she had it, just in case!
