Packet 3 Police Certificate Question

So I've just received my packet three and it says that I need the police certificate of each country I've lived in for at least one year. However, I've also read that this only applies to places you've lived in from the age of 16 and above. Which is correct? I was born in Taiwan and I moved to Canada when I was 6 and I haven't lived in Taiwan for more than 1 year since I've moved. So should I get the police certificate for Taiwan or not? Thanks!

They want the police report from the countries you lived after the age of 16.

they just want your police certificate starting at the age of 16 of were you lived

so if you only lived in canada at 16 an onward you just need a police certificate in canada only
