Why does it look like the NOA1 to NOA2 K1 Processing times at CSC are stalled? Looking at the "I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 @ CSC for K-1 Visas" graph the number of days seems to be increasing almost at a day-by-day amount which would indicate that processing has nearly stalled.

I know that some people have said that all K-1 processing has been transferred to CSC but if all the centers were processing all of the different visas before and now CSC is the only one processing K-1 visas, one would think that the other centers would also be "specializing" in some of the other types of visas that CSC was processing and therefore lightening the load on CSC to process those other visas. Then CSC would be "specializing" in K-1 visas and hopefully making them more efficient (and quicker) in processing the K-1 visas.

Looking at the graphs for the three centers, it looks like all three centers are still processing K-1s, it just looks like they are transferring cases around to "level" the load. Before about December of 2015, it looks like the three centers had pretty stable NOA1 to NOA2 processing times but after that it looks like a lot of cases were transferred from TSC to CSC and VSC which caused processing times at TSC to go down sharply but then causing CSC and VSC to go up. Does anyone know if the changes are mainly do to cases being transferred or are there other reasons such as seasonal changes in load etc.?

Also, the NOA1 to NOA2 processing times for VSC and TSC seem to have "leveled out" but are still increasing for CSC. What does the community think about this?

ALL cases currently go to CSC (there's agood reason for that, which you will learn by reading the forum). The statistics on VJ are based solely on user input, and thus prone to errors.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
