I'm filing all my forms together (i-130, I-1485, I-765 etc) on the I-485 and I-765 I see a note by the filing fee section that says if I'm filing them together then there is no 380 fee for the I-765. Am I reading that correctly or will I still need to pay?

It's free if you're filing it with the I-485, or if you are filing it after the I-485 with an I-485 receipt.

So is the I-131 if you file concurrently. Might as well as its a simple form to complete and you never know when you might need it! You might end up in an immigration quagmire through no fault of your own so why not take the opportunity to receive a combined EAD and AP card?
