Hello everyone, my green card case is processed in charlotte NC office and i am august filler and since i received my noa1 and did my biomertics last september i didnt hear nothing about my case and every time i check it online no updates or nothing since the 5th of august., i checked the uscis website on charolette office i found out that they are working on the cases of november 2015, so i called the uscis customer services today and a lady answered me and told me the same thing which i already know that my case is in charlotte office and that they are working on the cases of november 2015 and she doesnt know why they didnt do anything with my case and she took my info and my address and did request for service for me and gave me the confirmation number for it and told me to wait 15 days to 30 days to hear from charlotte office. i want to know what should i expect next or if there is anything i could do that would help with my case. your advices is much appreciated guys.
