Hi everyone i have a question about the Annotation on my K1 Visa Sticker in my Passport.

It states that my "Visa is shortened due to medical validity

...Petition Valid Unitl 26th May 2016"

We arent married yet.

So what does this mean for us? Since todays the 9th and we havent planned to get married before the 27th of May.

Your visa expired the moment you used it. That note doesn't matter anymore. The I-94 governs your status now.
