35 days an nvc has not received my case yet

Hi everyone

So i got the aproval in 5 april

An the nvc still not recieved anything from uscis

We called the nvc an sent many emails an They just ask me to wait !!!

Does the USCIS Case Status say "My Case Was Approved", and it doesn't say "My Case Was Sent to the Department of State"? If it just says Approved, that means USCIS still hasn't sent it to NVC and you should be calling USCIS, not calling NVC.

Yeah its still showing the approval msg

But i was cheking some old case numbers on the uscis web site that start with (wac) and it shows only approval msg

On my case, my uscis status says "case approved" but not "case was sent to nvc/dos". I called the other night and the nvc already received my packet. Probably just late update on the uscis website.

I've seen it where both USCIS and NVC will say they don't have it. In those cases, there's a chance the petition is just sitting in a shipping box at USCIS waiting for the box to be filled before they send it to NVC...but that's just my guess.
