According to my attorney I could register the kids in school and no one would ask questions because there are so many illegal kids registered and it's not a problem.

Wow. Just, wow. So because lots of other people are doing it, it's ok? A lawyer actually told you that? Does this lawyer say the same to bankrobbers?

It looks like it would be easier for you to move to Ireland (which is not the UK, incidentally, it's a separate country). There's only one of you with no children. These children have a father and it's in their interests to stay as close to him and his family (their grandparents, aunts, cousins) as possible. Also it would not be wise to disrupt their education. Their father would have to give permission for her to remove them from the country.

All of the methods you are looking at are illegal so scrap all of those ideas and start again from scratch. It's unfortunate for you that the divorce laws in catholic Ireland are so strict (20 years ago divorce was illegal in Ireland) but it is what it is. Just because we don't like a law, doesn't mean we are justified in breaking it.

First of all do me a favor....Don't add to the problem of illegal immigrants in schools. Second of all, if this "advice" an attorney is giving you sounds kosher then there is something wrong with everyone in this process. Not one single thing sounds legal. Rationally thinking does it sound legal to bring someone here who is married on a K1 visa? She is still married how is she engaged to someone else? When people do illegal things like this...it makes it worse for people who are trying to immigrate here legally. There are no loopholes for the immigration process. Either do it right step by step the way we all do or don't do it. Just because there are kids here illegally doesn't mean that everyone should do it. Also, don't do it to fit your agenda on the taxpayers dollar.
