Right now you are asking how to do things that violate immigration law and how to get around it. Your thread will get locked down with such advice. She could possibly move to another country in Europe, establish residency, get a divorce, and then you could go forward with a K-1 or CR-1 visa.

I'm a real estate agent. Looks like I'm almost out of posts for today. Thanks to everyone for the advice. I just dont know what to do. My girl will be crushed. Just because we are in different countries we cant be together.

Look for an immigration site for the UK. Explore your options. It just may take a little bit of time but love is worth it
