Hi i have a question im not sure if anyone can help with this one.

I applied for K1/K2 visas and was approved last year only to have to ask embassy to reissue as they had expired due to court procedures with ex and requiring specific issue order to leave with child.

The london embassy have kept my application open on hold(they've kept all our paperwork) though i need to submit court docs to them then they will tell me to do medicals interview payments etc all again i assume ( in email it said they will advise me of next steps - in my letter it said i was required to medical, interview etc )

The question is do i get a new LND number or use the one i have. Im wondering if anyone has been through this process before. yes im stressing out re times also what with new procedure im not sure what will happen. im probably worrying about nothing

I doesn't hurt to do another readiness form since you are actually ready now. I don't quite follow your plot about submitting court docs...before by courier or at the interview?? Did you have recent correspondence from them? Wait to hear steps? The email? I don't follow the sequence or dates so can't figure out where you are.

I think you may be the first I've heard of talking about getting a visa reissued. You said approved, but were you also issued a visa? Or were you not issued because you didn't have permission for the child?
