Get a US Job with an employer willing to sponsor you or get your current employer to transfer you to their US operation.

doesnot have to stay unmarried, as parents are USC.

Look up the difference between F1 and F3 (and their respective priority dates) before you provide that kind of "advise".

She should remain unmarried, even though there is a category for the married children of USCs, because unmarried children over 21 are a higher priority category than married children

From USCIS

Getting Married. If you are the unmarried son or daughter of a U.S. citizen and you get married prior to becoming a permanent resident, then you no longer qualify as an “Unmarried Son or Daughter of a U.S. Citizen” and will convert to the category of “Married Son or Daughter of a U.S. Citizen.” This change in categories may result in a significant delay in your immigrant visa becoming available.

Unmarried children over 21 fall into category F1. Married children are category F3.

Current priority dates as of the May 2016 Visa Bulletin are 22 November 08 for the F1 category and 01 December 04 for F3. Therefore, the wait time for a married child is presently about 4 years longer than for an unmarried child over 21. (For prospective immigrants from the Philipinnes, the difference is currently ten years). remaining unmarried is therefore advisable because it significantly reduces the wait time for an immigrant visa.

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".
