You mean, INSANE !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

You mean, INSANE !

Yes it is!!!

I am just at the point where I realize that all the cussing and stuff doesn't change a damn thing about the situation. I just have to accept the fact and hope for the best.

My fiance is pissed for the both of us, especially since they screwed his name up!!!

He just left Kinkos (I scanned all the papers in and emailed them this morning) and now he is on his way to USPS to send it off overnight!

So they will have it monday, which brings up the hope, that we might be approved by the end of next week!!!

That would be GREAT and about damn time!!!!

What bothers me is that you all had to wait months., since December...then get the dang RFE. Yes, I am praying for you that this gets resolved ASAP and you will receive your NOA-2. How can you not have those feelings of anger? It is a normal reaction, I am sure.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Oh don't get me wrong! I am angry about that!

But I accepted, that they can do with us whatever they want to and we still will do it, because at the end we want to have the NOA2 and be with our loved ones!

My fiance instead is so frustrated, that he even talked about moving to germany, to avoid the system!

We didn't send in the foreign fiancee birth certificate and didn't get an RFE. We couldn't have submitted it if we had wanted to because we only had one copy of the original which we had to submit when my fiancee was simultaneously applying for her passport. It would have set us back about 10 weeks plus about $50 in global express mail fees if we had insisted on submitted the document that was not required.

I hear ya on that tip. I have often thought of moving to Egypt just to avoid all this mess and stress. It's in God's hands if He so wills it.

Well I think we are too close to give up now!!!

And we both know, that he can't support me in germany as good as he can support me in the states!

We have family plans and if he would come to germany, the whole plan would be destroyed :(

That would probably mean just 1 kid instdead of 3!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! We not going to ruin our plans, just because of that....we are stronger than that, even though it is damn hard to be strong like that all the time, when you just receive slaps in the face!

Abdoujen,

Here is a possibility. You filed through VSC. Diana filed through CSC . I think it comes down to either being blessed or cursed. Vermont is speedy where as California is slow. Vermont may not be overly particular, where as California is nitpicky as all getup. The good news is, sooner or later ( depending on which service centre one filed at ) progress will be made at some point. Flashlights, anyone?

If I were you, I would just submit your packet on Monday. Go ahead and get the Birth certificate translated and get a copy in case you get an RFE, but I personally would rather chance that I dont get an RFE and have the paperwork in earlier than wait. Plus, if you do get an RFE for it, you wont really spend any more time waiting for the request and then sending in the translated BC than if you wait to get it translated and mailed now. But thats just me :) Wow, way too many "waits" and "RFE's" in that haha!
